CRG programs are designed to close the voter participation gap between young Black Georgians and older generations. Through integrated voter engagement, education, digital organizing, and giving back, we're building lasting political power in rural Georgia.

VOTER ENGAGEMENT
Register 7,500 young voters
We're planting the seeds of participation by registering 7,500 new voters across Georgia.
Our field strategy includes knocking doors across a universe of 75,000 voters in urban centers and rural towns, with a focus on Fulton County and rural communities where access to civic engagement has historically been limited.
But registration is only the beginning. Once registered, voters are invited into a layered engagement journey that follows up, stays connected, and helps every individual build a clear plan to vote when the moment arrives.
YOUTH NETWORK
Reach 3,000 at 40+ community events
Youth Network is our community-driven effort to reach 3,000 young voters across rural Georgia, where trust is built face to face and conversations carry history.
We resource local leaders to host gatherings rooted in relationship, culture, and shared experience, where neighbors come together to share food, stories, and accessible information about elections.
Through this campaign, we'll host at least 40 community events across rural Georgia. These gatherings are both team-led and community-powered, ensuring the work isn't just delivered to communities, but built with them.
CAMPUS OUTREACH
Engage 15K students at community & tech schools
While many organizations focus on traditional four-year colleges, CRG centers community colleges and technical schools, reaching students whose voices are often overlooked.
Through our Community College and Technical Schools (CCTS) initiative, we're engaging 15,000 students across at least 20 campuses before November 2026.
Our work includes campus tabling, deploying student engagement teams, hosting "My Vote. My Power" events, and conducting a statewide college tour that turns campuses into hubs of civic energy.
VOTER EDUCATION
Reach 15K voters & 1500 followers
We leverage traditional and social media to educate young people across Georgia, creating digital and cultural spaces where information meets inspiration.
We also host campus and block parties, turning celebration into civic engagement.
These gatherings help young voters connect personally with the power of their vote, showing that participation isn't just a duty but a shared experience that shapes the communities they call home.
POLICY FELLOWSHIP
Develop 35 policy fellows to reach hundreds
Our Public Policy Cohort develops the next generation of civic leaders, with an explicit focus on young voters and rural Georgia.
We're recruiting up to 35 fellows for our inaugural fellowship, equipping them to work on real policy initiatives in their communities.
The program educates young people about the policy process, develops local leaders working on issues that matter to them, and inspires more young Georgians to run for office and shape the systems that govern their lives.
